On Friday lunchtimes there is an activity called relaxed kids. Anyone from the prep can attend.


Mrs Jardine and Mrs Wild run the group. It starts at 12.45pm (after you have had your lunch).

Relaxed kids group teaches us about mindfulness. We play games and learn how to relax, by learning relaxation techniques. We also do yoga stretches and breathing activities. At the end of the session we have meditation after which we feel ready to get back to our afternoon lessons.
