The above link is the report based on the ISI Inspectors visit in March. We would like to thank everyone associated with the inspection; staff, pupils, parents and governors for their contribution to such a successful outcome. Whilst inspectors did observe lessons and school activities, they also spoke with a wide range of people and sent out parental and pupil questionnaires. The Inspectors were impressed with the responses they had to the questionnaires which were very high and extremely positive. We were delighted with the feedback!
The wording of the report in each of the eight standards is the same for every compliant school. However, much was said by the inspectors with some of the key points being; how our pupils were ‘exceptionally behaved and respectful’, which was reflected in the relationships they had with the teachers. They also commented on what a ‘happy, safe environment’ we provide for them.
Please do read the report, it is not the most ‘stimulating’ of reads, but it will give you an understanding of the new inspection regime. As part of the new inspection process, we will get an ‘Educational Standards’ inspection in the next 2/3 years, which we are and will be ready for.

We are thrilled to share the wonderful news that we received an ‘Excellent’ achievement in our ISI Integrated Inspection (Independent Schools Inspectorate) which is equivalent to ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. The Inspectors were very complimentary about the school’s students, staff and educational offering.
Please find listed below some quotes taken from the report:
'Students are industrious and work effectively both independently and with others.'
'Students are mature for their age and confident in approaching different subjects. They display strong communication skills, speaking articulately and enthusiastically.'
'The quality of academic and other achievements is excellent.'
'The quality of teaching is excellent.'
'Relationships amongst staff and pupils and pupils themselves are excellent.'
Headteacher Mrs Rebecca Harrison commented 'I am delighted with our inspection and feel privileged to be a part of such a wonderful school whose deserved reputation is one of the excellent achievements.'
We are delighted with all of the inspectors’ findings but particularly proud of the judgement on the quality of the teaching and learning. The Reporting Inspector remarked that this is the toughest category in which to achieve “excellent” and is only gained by about 10% of schools.
