This has been another outstanding year with all students gaining entry into their first choice university. This year St Dominic's students are going onto study at Imperial College, Manchester, Southampton, Lancaster, and de Montfort, studying subjects as wide ranging as Geology and English with Journalism; Law and Textiles.

The Sixth Form is an important transition between the teenage years and adult responsibilities. At St. Dominic’s Priory School we know and nurture each student individually, in order to develop talent and maximise potential. Our aim is that all students achieve the academic qualifications necessary to enable them to enter the University or College of their choice. However this is not the whole story as we place equal value on preparing them for life and the challenges ahead, taking great pride in developing each girl’s confidence and feeling of self worth. Admission into the Sixth Form is dependent on GCSE results and the overall potential of the individual. A number of Scholarships are available for outstanding academic ability and for music and art.
